
Peter Baran
Executive Chef of Three Village Inn
Chef Peter Baran is a graduate of the world-renowned Culinary Institute of America. His formal training is in classical French and his love for Italian food stems from growing up with his mom’s family Sunday dinners. Early in his career he gained experience at his time at La Reserve in New York City and the historic Drake Hotel in Chicago. He spent time with the Hyatt working in multiple restaurants in Beaver Creek Colorado & San Diego.
He moved back to New York to be closer to family and was the Executive Chef at Café La Luc in Brooklyn. He moved to Long Island, close to his wife’s home town, and was the Executive Chef at The Old Field Club. For the past ten years he has owned and operated Chef Pete’s Personal Chef Services where he offered clients a personalized weekly menu, private events and cooking classes.
